Clear Complexion Kit Instructions:

AM Regimen (Morning)

	Cleanse: Wash your face thoroughly with BP Cleanser 3% for at least one minute, using your hands (not sponges or wash cloths).

	Ice: Apply frozen Cool-Pack and rub on affected area for 2-5 minutes. Learn More.

	Tone: After cleansing, apply Acne Toner twice daily (AM & PM) to skin with cotton or gauze pad. Use as part of your daily skin care routine.

	Protect & Moisturize: Use Day Treatment Lotion with SPF-15. If skin becomes too dry or anticipate exposure to the sun, apply a small amount. Makes an excellent makeup base

Note: Once skin is acclimated to Derm-A-Gel, use it up to twice daily by adding it to your morning regime. If skin becomes too irritated, skip 1-2 days until skin adjusts to regimen.

PM Regimen (Evening)

	Cleanse:Wash your face thoroughly with BP Cleanser 3% for at least one minute, using your hands (not sponges or wash cloths).

	Cell Rejuvenation: Apply a dime size amount of Derm-A-Gel to the face, chest, or back. Do not rinse or wash off. Slight redness and flaking is normal. If skin becomes irritated, skip a day or two before applying again. Increase treatments gradually, as skin adjusts.
