Mandelic Clear Complexion Kit Instructions:

AM Regimen (Morning)

	Cleanse: Wash your face thoroughly with BP Cleanser 3% for at least one minute, using your hands (not sponges or wash cloths).

	Ice: Apply if needed to reduct inflamation. Apply frozen Cool-Pack and rub on affected area for 2-5 minutes. Learn More.

	Tone: Pour 3% Mandelic Acid Toner onto cotton and lightly cleanse affected areas. Allow to fully dry before next step.

	Protect & Moisturize: Use Day Treatment Lotion with SPF-15. If skin becomes too dry or anticipate exposure to the sun, apply a small amount. Makes an excellent makeup base

PM Regimen (Evening)

	Cleanse:Wash your face thoroughly with BP Cleanser 3% for at least one minute, using your hands (not sponges or wash cloths).

	Treat: Apply Mandelic Acid Serum on the desired area after cleansing and toning the face. For a more aggressive regimen, apply Mandelic Acid Serum twice daily; once in the AM and again in the PM.
