We use Bank Of America for our merchant account. On your credit card statement any order will be displayed as: BETTERHEALTHYSKIN followed by our telephone number.

Processing an Order
Orders are shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays) of placement. In-stock merchandise is then shipped via USPS, Priority Mail. USPS, Priority Mail delivery times vary between 3-5 business days. Company policy allows for up to a two week delivery period. Should an order not be received within two weeks from order placement, please contact our delivery desk for investigation.

Please note that on occasion, our offices are closed for holidays. Order processing and shipping do not occur during these closures and this may add time to the delivery process. If our offices are closed, the website will have the information posted in the checkout section. Cancellation of orders due to shipping delays must comply with BHS "Order Cancellation" policy listed below.

If, for any reason, the products cannot be shipped due to back order status, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

Order Cancellation/Refusal
You may cancel your order at anytime, prior to shipping, at no cost to you. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped or is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated at 10% of the product total (shipping costs and/or taxes, if applicable, are not included in this calculation). Shipping charges are not refundable on orders cancelled after shipment or refused upon delivery. If the order was greater than $99 and obtained free shipping the refund is calculated less $10.85 to cover original shipping costs. Order must be returned and received at our offices, in resellable condition, prior to refund being issued.

Order Specifics
Upon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation includes an order number. Save your order number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.

How to Change Your Order
If you find that you have made an error in ordering, please notify us immediately by e-mailing customer service. Please note that if your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, this is not a guarantee and if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order. Do not forget to give us your full name and order number with any correspondence.

Paying with Credit Card
We accept only credit card payments for online orders. Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file. Your purchase will appear on your statement as BETTERHEALTHYSKIN.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for the state of Louisiana. All orders shipped to this state will have sales tax automatically added to the total. All other states in the US and other country’s will not be charged sales tax.

How to Shop
When you find an item you want to buy, just click on "Add to Cart” to automatically place the item in your shopping cart.

How to Update Shopping Cart
To remove an item from the shopping cart, click Remove. To change the quantity of an item, change the number displayed in the Quantity field and then click Update.

Coupons are entered in the Coupon Code field. Click apply to apply the discount.

When you’re done shopping and have everything you want, click on the "update" button and then click on "checkout".

"Ship To" and "Bill To" Information
Tell us where you want us to ship your merchandise. You must include your First and Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code and Country. Please refer to our Customer Service Policy to determine whether or not we can ship products internationally.

If the address where your credit card company sends your monthly statement is different from the address where the merchandise is being shipped, check the "Check if different" box and complete the boxes for First and Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code and Country. We request your phone number so we can contact you if any issues or questions regarding your order.

We require an e-mail address so that we can send you an electronic receipt or to contact you about the status of your order. If you do not want to receive promotional e-mail messages please click the box entitled "Check this box if you do not wish to receive special promotional mailings". When you’re done completing this information, click on the "continue" button.

Payment Information
Confirm your "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses are correct. If the information is incorrect simply click on the "change address" button.

Review your order to ensure that the items you want to purchase are correct. If the information is incorrect go to the top of the screen and click on the button "return to shopping cart" to correct your order.

Select the shipping method you want us to use to send your order. If you change the shipping method simply click on "update" to recalculate your order.

If paying with a credit card enter your credit card billing information including the name of the card, credit card number, 3 or 4 digit security code and expiration date.

Click on the "check out" button to finalize your order.

Damaged / Defective / Order Errors
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact us within 5 business days of package receipt. BHS will rectify the order by forwarding a new product and a postage paid return label. Please note, it is very important the damaged, defective or incorrect item is returned to us using the postage paid return label provided to you by BHS.com. If the product is not returned to us nor received by our offices within 14 days of corrected item receipt, your credit card will be charged for the 2nd item, including applicable shipping fees.

Refunds are not provided on products damaged in transit, defective products or incorrectly shipped products. However, exact product exchange and/or store credit (if applicable) will be provided. Please note that if you are instructed to return an item, COD returns will not be accepted.

All returns MUST BE PRE-APPROVED via email. If a return is received without pre-approval, Return Authorization Number or an office generated postage label, it will not be accepted.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know; one of our customer service representatives may be able to assist you or you may follow the guidelines listed below for an account credit.
EXCEPTIONS: (1) Makeup - consumer must be familiar with colors/textures prior to purchasing on the site. BHS.com does not accept returns for makeup items because the color was not as expected. Only defective or incorrectly shipped makeup items can be returned. (2) Satisfaction guarantee only applicable to 1st time customers.

Return Guidelines
1 - Product must be returned, and received at our offices, within 30 days of purchase.
2 - Product must be at least 1/2 full.
3 - Rreturn must contain all parts (i.e., pumps, droppers, vinyl bag, etc.)
4 - Include RMA number, products & dissatisfaction reason with return.
5 - Recommended to return via trackable method. BHS is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
6 - Consumer responsible for return shipping cost.
7 - Shipping fees are not refundable. If order obtained free shipping, please note the following shipping fees will be applied and deducted from credit amount: Merchandise total between $99 & $250 - $10.85 / Over $250 - $22.95
8 - Order amounts $50 and under, can request credit card refund or an account credit. Greater than $51 will receive account credit applicable towards any item on the website. The account credit is provided in the form of a Gift Certificate.
9 - Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Credit Card Refunds
If a credit/refund is due on your account, only the original credit card number may be used. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear. Refund amounts less than $10.00 will not be credited to credit cards, instead a gift certificate will be issued. The gift certificate is applicable towards all items on our site.

Domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
Shipping rates are as follows:

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail-International.
Shipping rates are as follows:
Between $1 - $298 - Rates Vary By Country
Over $299 - FREE

Upon order confirmation, international orders are charged same as domestic orders. However, if actual shipping fees exceed charged amount, BHS.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees on the credit card. For example, an $85.00 order to the UK is initially charged $10.85 shipping. If actual shipping fees are $16.00, an additional $5.15 is charged on the credit card used. If order is between $99 and $298, shipping fees are charged separately. By placing an order with international shipping, you are acknowledging BHS' international shipping policies and authorizing the separate shipping charges.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine if products are allowed for shipment into the country. BHS.com is not responsible for packages returned due to items not allowed for import.

Pricing/Special Offers/Promotions
BHS reserves the right to change product prices and shipping fees at any time without notice. All offers or promotions are subject to product availability. BHS may not be able to honor a discount on items out of stock.
