Skin toners will enhance the overall cleanliness of the skin by removing dead skin cells, dirt, oil, and any residue from cleanses or the environment. Skin toners contain AHAfs that may damage clothing. The preferred applicator for skin toners is cotton ball or cotton pads. Do not use a terry cloth. Sensitive skin could react differently to skin toners and should use a mild skin toner.
