Directions
• Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying medication. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

Tips for acne treatment: In the evening cleanse the affected areas and wipe area with a toner to increase Benzoyl Peroxide 10% Gel Medication penetration. Apply ice compresses to inflamed areas helping with inflammation. (see using ICE) Apply Benzoyl Peroxide 10% Gel Medication with fingers on affected areas. Start using benzoyl peroxide gradually, (i.e., one hour) then wash off. Keep increasing the time worn until finally wearing overnight. You will experience increased drying, exfoliation and tightening of the complexion. This action is normal and required to help you control acne on your face, chest, back and scalp.
