Which System To Choose?
Your choice of systems may vary with the season, the climate and your skin care history.

System I
Designed especially for those with dry or combination skin, or for those who have never used alpha hydroxy, retinoid or Vitamin A Skin Conditioner. Once your skin has acclimated to this system, whatever your skin type you may choose to move to System II for continued improvement.

System II
If you have oily skin or live in a humid climate, you may start with System II. The stronger formulations in this system are necessary because the natural oil flow of your skin creates a film that slows down the effect of the Vitamin A Skin Conditioners. If you have consistently used alpha hydroxy, retinoid or Vitamin A Skin Conditioners, ask your skin care professional about starting with System II.

Cleanse: Using a small amount of Buffing Grains, cleanse face with circular motions. Rinse well. Mix with Vivant’s Cleansing Milk for a gentler, oisturizing treatment.

Cell Rejuvenation: Apply a dime size amount of the Derm-A-Gel to the face or affected area and leave on. It is normal for slight redness or flaking to occur. If skin becomes irritated, skip a day or two before applying. Increase treatments, slowly, as your skin adjusts. Use up to twice daily.

Protect & Moisturize: Use Day Treatment Lotion with SPF-15. If skin becomes too dry or anticipate exposure to the sun, apply a small amount. Makes an excellent makeup base.

Cleanse: Using a small amount of Buffing Grains, cleanse face with circular motions. Rinse well. Mix with Vivant’s Cleansing Milk for a gentler, moisturizing treatment.

Tone: Apply Bleaching Lotion Forte with a Q-tip or finger, only on the affected area. Leave on overnight.

Note: If skin becomes too irritated, skip 1-2 days until skin adjusts to regimen.

USING VITAMIN A TREATMENTS FOR SPECIFIC SKIN TYPES

Normal or Combination Skin: Treatments should begin every other night the first week. Increase the treatments, gradually, to twice daily.

Dry Skin: Treatments should begin once every third night the first week and every other night the second week. Increase the treatments, gradually, to twice daily.

Oily Skin: Treatments should begin every night the first week. Increase the treatments, to twice daily during the second week.
