Exfol-A /1/2 OZ. Active ingredients of Vitamin A, Glycolic Acid, and Lactic Acid. Provides the right amount of exfoliation to maintain a healthy, glowing complexion.

BP Cleanser 3% / 2 FL.OZ. A patented, mildly exfoliating cleanser with buffing grains and 3% Benzoyl Peroxide to buff away excess dead skin cells while providing an antibacterial wash.

Normalizing Tonic Forte / 2 FL.OZ. A little stronger that Normalizing Tonic. The Forte is a blend of Glycolic Acid, Citric Acid and Salicylic Acid clear environmental residues and dead skin cells from the surface of the skin while controlling oil.

Which System To Choose?
Your choice of systems may vary with the season, the climate and your skin care history.

System I
Designed especially for those with dry or combination skin, or for those who have never used alpha hydroxy, retinoid or Vitamin A Skin Conditioner. Once your skin has acclimated to this system, whatever your skin type you may choose to move to System II for continued improvement.

System II
If you have oily skin or live in a humid climate, you may start with System II. The stronger formulations in this system are necessary because the natural oil flow of your skin creates a film that slows down the effect of the Vitamin A Skin Conditioners. If you have consistently used alpha hydroxy, retinoid or Vitamin A Skin Conditioners, ask your skin care professional about starting with System II.

Cleanse: Wash your face thoroughly with BP Cleanser 3% for at least one minute, using your hands (not sponges or wash cloths).

Ice: Apply frozen Cool-Pack and rub on affected area for two to five minutes.

Tone: Pour Normalizing Tonic Forte onto cotton and lightly cleanse affected areas. Allow to fully dry before next step. Protect & Moisturize: Use Day Treatment Lotion with SPF-15. If skin becomes too dry or anticipate exposure to the sun, apply a small amount. Makes an excellent makeup base.

Cell Rejuvenation: Apply a dime size amount of Exfol-A to the face or affected area and leave on. It is normal for slight redness or flaking to occur. If skin becomes irritated, skip a day or two before applying. Increase treatments, slowly, as your skin adjusts. Use up to twice daily by adding it to your morning regimen.

USING VITAMIN A TREATMENTS FOR SPECIFIC SKIN TYPES

Normal or Combination Skin: Treatments should begin every other night the first week.
Increase the treatments, gradually, to twice daily.

Dry Skin: Treatments should begin once every third night the first week and every other
night the second week. Increase the treatments, gradually, to twice daily.

Oily Skin: Treatments should begin every night the first week. Increase the treatments,
to twice daily during the second week.
