Witch Hazel calms the skin as glycolic acid dissolves dead skin cells and clears the skin of residual contaminants. This provides a smooth surface to apply Vivant’s Vitamin A Skin Conditioners, Bleaching Lotions, Moisture Sealants, Benzoyl Peroxide gel medications and Sun Protectants, thus enhancing their results.

Normalizing Tonic is a refreshing dual action

tonic. Witch Hazel combined with Glycolic Acid refines the surface of the skin and penetrates deep into the pores to remove dirt, oil, make-up and pore clogging dead skin cells.
Normalizing Tonic prepares the skin for Vivant's Skin Conditioners and Brighteners.

Directions:
Apply a small quantity on a cotton pad and wipe over the face and neck. May be used to cleanse and degrease at any time.
